Als symbool voor het innerlijke pad, koos ik het labyrint
dat verwerkt is in de vloer van de kathedraal van Chartres. Dit is geen doolhof
om je weg in te verliezen maar het is een pad met een eindbestemming.
Terwijl je wandelt (door het leven…) zie je het einddoel
soms korter bij, dan weer verder weg. Soms lijkt het wel of je de weg verliest –
het leven is niet altijd gemakkelijk - maar met de volharding van een
zachtmoedige pelgrim is het mogelijk om je doel te bereiken: transformatie! Het
oude zelf sterft, de nieuwe mens wordt geboren.
We doen dit allemaal op ons eigen tempo en op onze eigen
wijze. Ieder is uniek en heeft het recht om het leven te leiden zoals hij of
zij dat verkiest.
Ik wens jullie veel geluk op jullie pad!

me this holy maze symbolizes the inner path, but with a final destination, you
cannot lose your way.
As you walk
along the path (through life…), sometimes you see your goal nearby, sometimes
it seems far away.
Maybe you
feel like you lose your way – life isn’t always easy – but as you continue with
mildness, it is possible to achieve your goal: transformation!
The old you
dies, a new being is born.
We all do
this in our own way and at our own pace. Everyone is unique and has the right
to lead the life as he or she prefers.
