Als onderwerp koos ik voor textiel, het materiaal
dat wordt gebruikt om onze kleding te maken. Kleding
is zeer persoonlijk en geeft een extra dimensie aan
onze eigen energie. Dat is ook de reden waarom we niet
elke dag voor dezelfde kleur kiezen.
Hoewel we kleuren als zeer subjectief ervaren, biedt
het zichtbare lichtspectrum toch een universele taal voor
licht en kleur.

Colour
Playing with colour is playing
with frequencies. Every colour has its own frequency (energy),
and for me, each one evokes a unique feeling.
For this work, I chose textiles as my
subject—the material used to create the clothes we wear. Clothing is
deeply personal and adds an extra dimension to our
own energy. That is why we do not choose the same colour
every day.
Although we experience colours as
something highly subjective, the visible light spectrum offers a
universal language of light and colour.
